What file formats are supported?

We support documents (DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF, TXT), spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, ODS, CSV), presentations (PPT, PPTX, ODP), PDFs, HTML, and images (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG).

What is the maximum file size?

The maximum file size is 50MB per file. For larger files, please contact us for enterprise solutions.

How long are my files stored?

Uploaded files and converted outputs are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not permanently store your documents.

How do I get my API key?

After registering and logging in, your API key is displayed automatically. You can also view it anytime by clicking "Show API Key" in the navigation menu.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my conversion limit?

You'll receive a notification when you're close to your limit. Once reached, you'll need to upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle to continue converting.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by contacting support. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use HTTPS encryption for all data transfers, and files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We never access or share the contents of your documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
